DOLPHIN PARK

A place to work out, or to avoid? Picnic or park off?

The park was bequeathed to Fish Hoek as a park and is the only place that still has a view of the beach from Simon's Town Road; it has also become a troubled area that accommodates some of the resident local homeless and vagrants who pass through town.
